About me

My Skillset

My profile

I am a facilitator, a storyteller and a business controller.

I build bridges across management, operating teams and customers.

In the past 4 years I was fortunate to work with major brands, startups and entrepreneurs. I held 150+ workshops, co-created digital content platforms and helped passionate leaders express their vision in TEDx-talks and thought-leading blog posts on social media.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant I worked many years as a financial controller in the chemical, raw materials and telco industry.

I am driven by the belief that every organization can be a high performance organization if they focus all activities on creating a positive experience for every person that comes in contact with its employees, services and products.

Next to my work I compose music and play a handful of intimate live concerts per year. You can hear my music here on soundcloud.

My educational background

I graduated in business administration and economics at the University of Essen, Germany and the University of Skövde, Sweden. I am also a trained human-centered-design facilitator.

I am a guest lecturer for Scrum at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management

I am a guest lecturer for Storytelling at the School for Design, Berne.
